What's the problem in Jacksonville? I thought Blackmon would help, but it would appear not yet. Is it Gabbert not getting his receivers the ball, or is it the fact that the clear-cut number one receiver is Cecil Shorts? Someone who has watched the Jags, fill me in...

It's a combination of a lot of things. Bad line, average receivers, Jaguars always being behind. He's not the worst QB in the league, but he's not far off. He's got potential, but I don't think he's smart enough to be an NFL QB.

After watching the Jaguars play Detroit today, Jacksonville literally needs help everywhere.

I for one am excited to see Gabbert's progress. I see some other young QB's on better teams putting up similar numbers. Gabbert needs MJD back, improvements in the offensive line. Come out in the draft and draft O Line. I think next year with Shorts, Blackmon and Marcedes Lewis at the TE position they can be a better team. The O Line is the biggest problem but a vet WR that can come in with these young guys will help. Look at what Vincent Jackson has done with Mike Williams and that young Bucs WR corp.

Yeah, everyone needs a personal punt protector who misses his blocks.
