SE North Carolina - Target in Wilmington has rack packs and 8 pack blasters (chance for an auto), and should have them on the shelf by now (I had the young lady at customer service open the box for me )
Walmart in Southport has rack packs and 7 pack + rookie relic blasters (no chance for an auto.)
Walmart in Leland doesn't have anything out yet.

Currently collecting Panthers, Steelers and UFC cards numbered 110/xxx, and Sarah Kaufman cards. Will be adding Sara McMann when 2013 Finest comes out, and Cat Zingano whenever Topps adds her to a set.
