Both are saying they never took adderal and there is no test for adderal. Both tested positive for a stimulant and no one is ever going to fully know what that stimulant was. Browner is already on the leagues list for extra tests and gets tested 3 times a week and is confident he took nothing. Sherman is only saying the truth will come out etc, no date has been set for an appeal hearing and both players as far as I know are saying they'll submit to lie detector test as well. The tests came back positive sometime in Sept and both players were alerted in October. The league wanted to hold the hearing last week but time restrictions and schedules prevented that.

Just basically heard all of this from jason La Canfora on the radio

As long as it stays illegal federally no employer is going to look at it this way though.

Not very impressed with this due to these reasons.

1. First hit is a block in the back
2. Second hit is against someone that jumped over the player he blocked in the back
3. The last hit is a late hit against someone that has given up due to a fair catch

If this was Suh, the boards would be going crazy with "he should be banned from the NFL" talk.

News is breaking that Browner is going to take his 4 game suspension starting this week. Will be able to return for playoff games (if they make them) Sherman however his appeal is not until the 14th so he'll play this week and next week. If he also is forced to sit out 4 he'll miss the playoffs. Unless they somehow make the NFC Championship. or Super Bowl if they win the west, just saying that since technically it's still possible.

Sherman is probably pissed this makes it look like browner knows they are screwed IMO lol. What happened to them taking lie detector tests?

Sherman needs to just man up and admit he took them, and sit out so we get him back for the playoffs.

No idea, that was just Sherman. He's really been the only one vocal about it. I dont think Ive heard a single word from browner other than him saying he doesnt even drink beer. Guess we'll see how it plays out for Sherman. I know one thing if this was a set up by the Seahawks to stagger these suspensions I sure as hell would rather have Sherman in the playoffs than Browner.

Hawks face
Skelton, Fitzpatrick, Kaepernick, and Bradford so if you're gonna miss 4 do it now lol

In defense of your post...if these guys really suffer from ADHD then they should take that. If they don't and are just taking it for a substitute for speed then they should be busted for illegal substances. I've taken this myself and it does help perk you up and it's a great dietetic because you can't eat on it worth a damn lol

There could be worse replacements....

Walter Thurmond III
5'10 3/8, 189 pounds | Cornerback | Oregon

Strengths: Oregon ran a lot of man coverage and Thurmond flourished. He has a fantastic backpedal and stays low. He can flip with ease and changes direction on a dime. Excellent agility, pre-injury. Has good top-end speed and has the extra gear to track down in the open field. Plays with good toughness. Doesn't mind getting physical as a tackler and supports the run fairly well. Closes fast. Experienced. Played on special teams.

Weaknesses: For a man cover corner, Thurmond doesn't have that great of a jam. He can be overpowered at the line. Needs to get stronger. Struggles to redirect receivers. Tries to jump routes too much and can get burned. Suffered a serious knee injury in September. It was officially called a sprain but it's been reported as being much worse. Has a history of injuries.

Final word: Make no mistake about it, when Thurmond was healthy, he was one of the more dynamic playmakers on defense in the country. Consider that as a sophomore he defended 23 passes. That went along with 103 tackles, with 75 unassisted, and five interceptions.

Google lie detector tests and how they work. They are not reliable at all

Thurmond is a very solid replacement for Browner, hope he plays well. Sherman is a different story if he loses his appeal though.

1. Not even close enough to tell
2. Big whoop. Also completely legal.
3. Shouldn't be giving up until the ball is caught by the person calling for the fair catch. He could totally misjudge it and it would have to be downed by the punting team. So no, it's not illegal.

This isn't about Suh at all.. are you trying to get us to bash Suh? I don't get it.

Yea or Lindley either way miss now haha. Maybe they figured its a guarantee to have one for the playoffs? Not a bad idea if that's the case
