Quick paypal question

First sorry if this is the wrong section. I sent 2 payments through paypal for 2 cards for my set. Well one card says Completed and the other says Unclaimed. What does the unclaimed mean I clicked on it and it says its Unregistered.

Either you typed the email address wrong or the seller's email is not a paypal account.

should I cancel the payment and email the person on ebay and tell them its coming up unclaimed?

I would probably just contact him first and not cancel it yet. If you paid via the link on ebay then his email is likely correct otherwise he would never receive his funds lol. I am not sure why sometimes it goes as unclaimed (besides typing in the address incorrectly). I recently sold something on ebay and I had to go into paypal and claim it from the buyer but I didnt see anything wrong with the payment that should have made it one that needed to be claimed.

Ok I got off the phone with ebay they told me to cancel. Right when I do I get a pm saying that they updated their email so my order was placed. So my card for my set is on its way
