Default Panini Replacements - Resolution

First off, Panini handled my situation quickly and courteously, and the resolution was fantastic.

Here was the situation last week:

This is the first time I ever got replacements and I feel like Panini did me real dirty with these 5 replacements, anybody think otherwise? I hope so lol

I had these redeemed and was waiting 8-12 months on them.

1. 2011 Limited Moniers Prime Chris Collinsworth /10
2. 2011 Limited Material Phenoms Von Miller
3. 2011 Limited Rookie NUmbers Jumbo Prime Ryan Williams /10
4. 2011 Plates and Patches RPA Von Miller
5. 2011 Absolute RPM Demarco Murray

Heres what they thought were comparable.

1. 2011 Totally certified 1 Color Jersey Auto BenJarvus Green-Ellis /30
2. 2011 Playbook Leonard Hankerson 3 Color Patch Auto Book /399
3. 2011 Totally Certified Delone Carter Gold Patch Auto /25
4. 2012 R&S TJ Graham 3 Color Patch Auto /49
5. 2011 Totally Certified Gold Kendall Hunter Patch Auto /25 (1 COLOR PATCH)

The resolution I was given was out of this world. I was told I could keep the initial replacements and another package was sent to me. I just received the package and opened it, and was pretty much in awe. Here's what I received.

THANK YOU SO MUCH PANINI!

Yup, you made out like a bandit on this. You get the great replacements 2nd time around, and still get to keep the first batch .

why the hell can't Panini be this efficient with the majority of their customer issues? It blows my mind.

They really made it right.

I'm hoping for the same luck. I just asked for replacemnets for treasures kobe /25, and McCluster RPA/5. Along with low end Yates (2), Dareus, and Haden.

They asked if I was interested in product, and I said yes. But of course Dominion (which I have no interset in), and NT are not available. So I said gold standard and limited. We'll see what happens.

I contacted the Panini twitter and they did this for me, with a hand written note from David apologizing. It was wonderful.

I was shorted both on card autos in a box of Contenders. They sent me a Daniel Thomas which I was ok with, and a Shane Bannon sticker auto which I was not ok with. Called and talked to a guy and he said they would take card of it. Had the on card auto of Blaine Gabbert two days later. Wasn't real thrilled with it being Gabbert but at least they did something about it. Nothing like what you experienced however. Wow!!

David at panini has been a rockstar. He took a few of my outstanding redemptions and turned them into an AJ Green auto /35. Great guy.

I couldn't help but laugh at that loud of crap you got the first go around. That was probably worth $50 total on a good day. Nice cards the second go around.
