Default DEAL or NO DEAL?
Hey all!

I'm a huge Eagles fan, however I've quietly been a big fan of David Wilson ever since he entered the NFL Draft this past year.

Up until yesterday, I was VERY disappointed with the Giants' underutilization of him. Sure, he can't block. But he is a speedy guy...

I ended up acquiring these two pieces...the cleat during the offseason, and the 1/1 just a couple weeks ago:

Game-Worn w/ PSA-DNA COA


1/1 White Whale


Just yesterday, he FINALLY had his breakout game when given a small chance by Coughlin!

In fact, he even broke an NFL record while he was at it

Of course, even though I'm not in a rush to give either of these fine pieces away, I listed them both on eBay.

I just got home and noticed a $219 offer on the David Wilson 1/1...

I'm conflicted since I've been telling my grandpa that David will be the future for the Giants, and now we all saw a brief spark when given a small opportunity...

I'll say it here first: I'm confident that David Wilson will be a Top 5 back within the next three years.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?! SHOULD I TAKE IT?!?!?!

What the heck. Thanks guys...I took it. However, here is something odd that a fellow member brought to my attention yesterday. I listed my Wilson last night under the eBay account "afeinsilber".

However, this was also sold last night too!

2012 Triple Threads White Whale David Wilson RC Auto 8x Relics 1 1 Masterpiece | eBay

It looks like the same exact card! But I have it! Haha

I know TTT has many variations, so is this another one? Because they look dead on similar to me...

Looks like different cards, the signatures are different.

That's two different card! Just look at the end of his auto, your has a shorter line.

But why does Topps make such similar 1/1's? Like honestly? They're pretty much the exact same thing.

I think you did the right thing selling. I'm a big Giants and Wilson fan but prices seem to peak when the buzz factor peaks. Look no further than Ryan Grant's return to GB's lineup last night to see a RB who was "the next big thing" on a highly collectible team.

Buy low, sell high........buy again low when prices come back down to earth.

Yes considering you can buy a halladay 1/1 triple threads triple patch auto for $150, buying a David Wilson auto for over $200 is great for you!

Exactly thanks guys. Yeah, like yesterday, Bryce Brown was nowhere to be seen. I'd bet that his cards start selling for under half what they were last Friday or something.

There are 4 white whales of every version of that card. Usually the plate colors are black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. So you have one of the 4 and that other guy has another. The colors of the plates are clearly different
