Packers vs Vikings

Gonna be a great game.an ugly one too. How do you guys think this will play out. How will everyone do?

A great game indeed! I'm not sure how to guess the outcome. I hope the Vikes kill, however I have a dilemma fantasy football wise, because I have Favre and Rodgers as my QBs. Rodgers is the obvious stud, but somehow I fell Favre will have a great game.

IF (stress the word IF) the Packers can keep Rodgers upright, I see them winning this game. If Rodgers is getting hammered all day, forget it.

i hope favre throws lots of picks against a green bay secondary with 7 interceptions and 1 for a td in 3 games

I don't know why (at least to the people I've talked to), this is a lock for the Vikes. Aaron Rogers IMO is BETTER than Favre at this stage of his career, and I think if the Packers stack 8 in the box and force Favre to throw, bad things will happen (for the Vikes).

It doesn't matter if Rogers is better now than Favre. It's a team game. Following that logic, Sanchez is better than Brady.

I think it will be the pack if they keep rodgers protected. If they can hold peterson under 110 yards and to only one td and force favre to throw. The deffense should create more picks as usual. They do give about alot of yards, which is bad. They do force many turnovers though, which is good. It will be a good game reguardless. I think the pack take it 27-24.

Yeah...You can also definitely win this game even if AP gets 100+ yards because as long as you don't let Favre do anything special you're okay.

I picked GB to win plus they were 3 1/2 pt underdogs. My LCS does weekly polls of all the games of the week. We all pay $5 each and First place gets $150 and 2nd gets the rest. We get over 40 people every week so it isn't bad. Usually probably closer to 50.

Vikes will take this one, whats up with all the talk about Favre throwing interceptions? This is the West Coast offense, ground and pound 1st and 2nd down especially with AP and Chester in the back. Its all short completions for the first down this year because of the running game. Favre doesnt have to force anything especially with our WR's, RB's and good protection from our O-line, the PACKERS are going to hype themselves up and get shot down like Cheney and oh yeah the 49ers last play wasnt a lucky play... it was a written play watch some NFL network stuff and they'll tell you how it worked.

Being a Bears fan this kills me to say but tHe vikes are gonna kill them. Hasnt Rogers been sacked like 10 times in three games? Chicago gave them 4 ints and they barely beat them. Then they got beat by Cincy. Vikes win by 14 at least.

Pitt also lost to cincy. The broncos beat cincy in the last seconds. They coulda been three and 0. I don't think that helps your argument for this game.

Vikings should win this one easily with the Packers being banged up. Favre won't have to do much at all. Another game of 2 yard passes.

The game at Lambeau will be a different story though.
