Default How bad is this condition

just got this in the mail today, was super excited because the corners were clean, the auto is almost completely on sticker, but upon closer examination saw this, (sorry for the bad pics, hard to get a good angle and zoom with a camera) my question is, how bad of damage is this, and whats it worth with the damage, contemplating sending it back for a refund!! the edge (where that indent is) is also slightly raised the whole length of the car, nearly impossible to see, but impossible to not feel!!

I just recieved a damaged card from Ebay as well. I sent the seller pics and was polite and professional in my message and they gave me a full refund. I left them 5 star feedback. The proper way to do a transaction.

in fact in the bottom picture I guess you can kind of see how the edge is curled, just look how the gloss reflects, and then ends right there where it curls!!

The fact that the card is raised where the patch is would not affect your grade in a demeaning way as far as I know, however those edges are probably going to get a six or seven. If it is a card for your personal collection, I would keep it simply because it had a very nice patch and like you said, the autograph is on the sticker. Maybe ask for a partial refund?

Autograph looks a little odd to me. Usually flows well.

Rule No 1: Don't grade thick cards

Those dings are from production, not from shipping.

card is fine around the patch its the edge is indented, the same edge is curled, and I'm pickier about pc cards than this even, if this was pc, I would have already sent it back

Yeah I know what his rookie auto looks like. Usually flows better though. That last curve looks wierd.
