Shilling?

Hello all I believe I have found someone shilling their listing on eBay. I was very interested in obtaining this card for my Floyd PC

Andrew Luck Michael Floyd 2012 Bowman Sterling Dual Auto Relic 8 15 Prism | eBay

Well I decided to look at the bidding history and sure enough there is a person with 87% bidding with that eBay user.

You can go through his listings and a majority of them have bids by this user. Is there anything I could possibly do to get his listing taken down? Or will eBay not do anything?

Looks like shilling to me. I've ran into another willer - zachcards04. I called him out on obvious shilling and he blocked me. He is a high volume seller and has different buyers bid on his auctions. These bidders bid on more than 50% of his auctions. I would avoid this bum or plan on getting shilled.
