Crown royale retail
Bought a blaster at Meijer and got a Nick Foles rookie royalty material card. On the back of the pack it says numbered out of 149 or less. The card is not serial numbered and have not seen one numbered on the bay. Is this a big fail by Panini or WTF happened that these aren't numbered?

The wording used by Panini on their Retail products is identical to their hobby products. However, the retail products are not the same as hobby.
