2007 NO AUTOGRAPH redemption question

Hey all,

I pulled a 2007 Absolute Charles Johnson autographed rookie redemption. It isn't the scratch off, but rather the old school mail in redemption. Also, I don't think they ever made the card, and just stamped No Auto on the front.

My question is two parts.
1) Can I call in to Panini and try to get them to do it online, or do I have to mail in the card?

2) Since they never made the card, should I send it in and get the No Auto card and maybe a replacement (I kind of like Charles Johnson), or should I call and do a direct replacement.

if you email them with details they will tell you to mail it in and they will send you the no auto card and probably a replacement of some sort. You might put a note in and ask if they have another Charles Johnson they could send you. The new customer service manager seems to be putting in a legit effort to help people.

Oh, thanks! I am guessing the address on the redemption is no longer their mailing address.

the address i posted is the correct address...not sure whats on the redemptions.
