It's not only a misleading listing, I believe it violates Ebay policy for this reason:
Item is listed as "Like New" which, according to the listing is: An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections. My argument would be that all facets of the item ARE NOT flawless and intact. I understand that it says see sellers listing for full details and description of any imperfections but that shouldn't be able to be used to cover the seller in the scenario where he intentionally unpacked and repacked the product. |

Incredibly shady...shows a picture of the packs (wrappers, even) in the box; no showing of the cards anywhere. Shady seller trying to screw someone over.
I know, I know..."It's the buyer's job to read the description!" The seller should also not be a scamming asswipe.
