I have no clue what to expect. I haven't watched any NIU. FSU's defense is battered. Best Dlinemen (Jenkins) goes down in game one. His replacement Carradine goes down in the UF game. The German will have to do it alone. Best runningback in years (Thompson) goes down halfway through the season. Manuel's mother battling cancer (just announced recently).

I can't stand Miami or I would have attended the game. Any other city in the eastern US and I would have gone. FSU tried halving ticket prices for boosters/season ticket holders, but that didn't even pull in buyers.

especially if FSU' defense is banged up. Jordan Lynch is no joke folks.

Only thing to worry about is NIU's defense.

Thats why I dope Florida State doesnt score on its first 2 possesions. Could get sloppy.

But I really dont see a blow out.. I think NIU gets to much crap but is a legit team. Not saying top 5 but bottom 8-15 worthy.

For those who have seen him play, how does Jordan Lynch compare to Tajh Boyd (Clemson) or Logan Thomas (Virginia Tech)?

I feel this is a no-win game for FSU. If FSU wins huge it will be 'that was supposed to happen' and if they lose it will be...well a loss.

FSU has a FAST and hard hitting Defense. No team in the MAC can play defense. Half of them dont even attempt to. If FSU can show some offense this should be an easy game to win by 14 or better. FSU is simply the better team.

I think it is becoming clear why Johnny football won the heisman and there was little talk of Lynch with similar stats. Johnny put up those numbers in the SEC and Lynch did it in the MAC. He is going nowhere on FSU so far.

I would not say that. FSU has one of the best D-lines in the country if not THE best.
