Default Denard Robinson - What does he do at the next level?
He has the speed and the atheletism to compete in the NFL. Where does he go? What position does he play?

Will anyone draft him as a QB? (He is actually taller and faster then Russell Wilson) and ultilize him in a spread option offense?

Cornerback? Slot reciever? KR specialist? RB?

Thoughts?

I just hope the Jets don't draft him.

He's fast, but so was Michael Vick. I personally just don't have faith in him to be a franchise QB at the NFL level. Everyone is fast in the NFL.

This is what I was thinking. KR first, a little bit of slot receiver, and an emergency/wildcat-type QB.

He and MarQueis can both go as slot/wildcat/PR guys. Gray needs a lot of training on receiver basics, maybe with Fitzgerald's summer camp, not sure about Denard.

He's a much better athlete than Brad Smith, especially in terms of speed, and he's bigger than Dexter McCluster. I think he compares favorably with Percy Harvin although it may take him some time to learn the ins and outs of playing the WR position.

I see a Randle El comparison as fair. A bit more than a gimmick player, but not an every down type of guy.

I think he is going to be a very good kick returner/scat back type utility player. Absolutely no one is talking about him being a QB at the next level, and this was before his nerve injury. Maybe a third round pick?

He might be drafted, but the odds are very good that in two years he'll be playing in Europe or Canada or out of football all together.

He wont be a QB because he isn't that good of a passer.

I see him as a Darren Sproles type player. Can either line him up in the backfield for a few plays or spread him out as a WR. I can see someone taking a chance on him in the 2nd round.

Denard wont be a Sproles kind of guy...he doesnt have that kind of durability or speed after his injury I can see him going 4-5th round possibly even drop to the 6-7th as he is a player that will turn into a Marcus Vick kinda guy...
