topps redemptions

I tagged this onto an older thread of mine that may be getting overlooked due to the unrelated title.

Anybody have any idea how long it takes for the Topps redemption system to "take" a redemption from a new product?

Got a Sterling redemption that it isn't registering correctly right now.

2-3 weeks max then they are usually fixed...

i've got a sterling redemption as well...not working either...let me know if you get yours working.

should be working now....after all my wheams and whines with their CS, all that were not working, are working now

I got an email from Topps today about my Pierce Inception Auto. Guess he won't be signing anything until after the Ravens win the Super Bowl
