Default Green Bay v. San Francisco

Boy the number of times I remember these two teams playing each other in the playoffs growing up as a kid. Should be a good game.

Packers looking for revenge, but I think Harbaugh has been saving the good stuff for the playoffs.

Niners 34
Packers 30

I just hope that this weekend's games are better than this past weekend's games. Then again I don't think that they can be worse.

How the Packers do in this game is going to depend a lot on the play of Erik Walden and Don Barclay...

Pretty pumped and confident in a "W" for SF. Holefully our season doesnt play out like it has all year where we win two lose one, win two and lose one etc. If so we will beat Green Bay and lose to Atl or Sea.

Saw this on another forum I frequent...

Quote:
49ers: 63
Packers: 62

This game will be cray. So the 49ers jump out to a 17-0 lead. Matthews sacks Kaep and take him out of the game. Smith comes in and plays horrible. 3 Pick 6's. The crowd boos and boos and by the end of the 3rd QTR Smith is pulled. Justin Smith steps up and take off his helmet and its none other than Brett Farve. Farve says "Rodgers, you so jelly" xD he leads us back and he's driving down the field for the Game Tying TD. He throws a strike to Moss with 0 time left on the clock. The extra point try is a trick and Ryan Longwell runs a curl route and Akers not even knowing anything kicks the ball and it shanks off the post and Longwell catches it. Longwell and Farve troll the NFL. ESPN blows up(my favorite part).
Lesson here? Drugs are bad.

It's all going to come down to how well Justin Smith plays.

Since he got hurt, the Niners defense has sucked eggs, and Aldon Smith hasn't registered a single sack. If he can play at anything approaching his normal level, the Niners will hold the Packers to under 30 points and win. If he is a shadow of his normal self the Packers score 30+ and win.

Well, there are alot more factors than just that. It also depends on which team wants the win more. If Green Bay can stop the run and play solid defense, they should win.

It's going to be a great game to watch!!!

Big NFL fan here, I'm hoping for a good game, but Rodgers will beat down the 49ers and make them realize their mistake. It won't even be a contest. Over by halftime.

That would be fantastic!!! I didn't realize that it's Rodgers first game of his career in SanFran. I hope you're right. I could go for another night like the Texans beatdown. Packers gotta be amped up for this one. I was at the season opener and I'm still bitter about that loss. 3 hour ride home sulking in the defeat. I'm ready for revenge on their turf. Go Pack Go!

I just have this vision of A-rod, after the game and pummeling the 49ers, seeking out Alex Smith and saying in "Iceman" fashion--"YOU!, you can be my wingman anytime!"
