The BCS has put together some pretty good championships in recent years but its not perfect. I will be happy to see a playoff though it should prevent some of these types of games.

F that!! I nver ever want to see another matchup with two teams from the same conferance. You need to win your conferance to move on. Thats why this year I cant complain that Oregon is in it.

But, the computers (had they actually seen how ND got away with a few this year and didnt stack up) would have given more to Oregon instead of ND which may have boosted UO up enough just like Bama always get credit. You win and lose in the SEC you pretty much stay within the same 2-4 ranks. Lose anywhere else and you slide downhill pretty far.

Oregon would be no match either. They have just as weak of a schedule as the Irish and could not even run the table. Other than the SEC there are not many teams that could have made this competitive. I just don't understand how people don't see how much tougher the SEC is than all other conferences. Just like the big 12 and big 10 dominated for quite some time. The SEC is by far the top dog right now and if you can come out of that division with 1 loss or less you will dominate just about anyone in the country.

What other SEC team? Its not like the SEC has been rolling through their bowl schedule. South Carolina barely beat Michigan, Florida lost, LSU lost.

I would have rather seen a rematch of the Bama vs Aggies game...this is a brutal beatdown

and oregon guys would not be any different...they lost to stanford at home...hell at least ND beat them...and everyone sees what Bama is doing here.

Jesus, I told you guys all year that ND just wasnt as good as people or there record thought. Everyone looks at that Oklahoma win and I thought Ok. wasnt that great this year anyway with some of there struggles.
The big win against Stanford was handed to them in triple OT, and the "should have lost" to who? PITT?
Could easily be a 3 loss team.

The SEC beats up on each other after the non conference games if they survive after that they deserve to be there
