Come on Ebay...DO SOMETHING!!!

So I have a ton of auction ended and ending today. This joker of a buyer travisbickle54321 (feel free to block him) bid on 34 of my auctions. I saw this feedback and said, need to cancel all his bids...

So I called ebay and see if they can do it all in one shot, of course, they said no... (it not like it is their system)... I would have to do this manually one by one...

So I said fine, I will do that....after 7-8 cancellation...I get a message saying that I exceed my daily limit for such function and will have to wait till tomorrow.. WTF???

So I called ebay again, of course, no help other than that they agree with me the buyer is a fraud. Btw, his listed name was John Doe... come on ebay, don't you do some checking or run a scanning program to detect obvious fake account??

Anyways, I suggested, why can't you just suspend his sorry arse and kick him off... that way all his bids will be removed... there are enough evidence!! The CS person told me that he will reported to the buyer abuse team and escalated ASAP and see what they can do since he is not allow to do so...

So, I have a ton of auctions that going to get f'd up if not already f'd up...sigh....

First ebay blocks the ability for sellers to leave buyers negs. This means that trolls that intentionally ruin auctions can only be left 'positive' feedbacks with 'negative' notes in them, which is ridiculous.

Then ebay does not allow buyers to control their own auctions by specifying a minimum ebay feedback score for bidders (only allows it for feedback 'under' 0).

Place is becoming a bigger joke day by day.

Update: I was able to go back in and cancel his bid again....however, he won 2 of my auctions already.... I hope ebay finds out who he actually is and ban him for good!!!

This has been happening alot to my auctions where a buyer with no feedback or positive feedback that is negative keeps winning and not paying. I called ebay and they said their looking into it which means they dont give a crap. They also told me one of the buyers already had 18 non pays in one month. Add investorb2012 and ecardstoreya to your lists. Whats really annoying is the next day I get 5 emails from buyers calling me a loser for shilling my cards and how their going to tell ebay on me.

Yes! I've had this exact same thing happen! It's even more likely to happen when you cancel the bids of one of these users. Then you get accusations that you're bidding up the auction and retracting the bid to screw the high bidder out of their max bid.

ecardstoreya bid on one of my items too - so damn frustrating.

Whats funny is say you owe ebay 30 cents for ebay fees, they will lock up your account good and quick, while it can take months to do the same to obvious made up accounts that just screw with sellers. Ebay is a horrible place to sell pretty much anything.

Absolutely agree. I don't think ebay spends much time on fraud and it clearly shows. These people should be kicked off as soon as they are spotted and their IP addresses should be permanently blocked.

This is a terrible thing that is happening. I put the following statement in my auction today:

"Additionally, please note that lately almost all of the high-end auctions have been ruined by 0 feedback bidders who bid at the last second. Ebay does not allow sellers to block bidders with 0 feedback and I cannot prevent this from occurring (it sucks for everyone). If this occurs I will be happy to sell the card to the real "winner" for the price they would have won it for. Thanks**"

Basically, I'm just trying to let people know in advance I'm not shilling, but I will be willling to sell the card for the "real" price (basically the price it would sell for once you weed out all the zero feedbackers a the top. I've already had to cancel two zero feedback bidders. My auction is already destined to be ruined.
