I have over 20 richardson autos and I've been thinking about selling them because the Browns are not very good and I don't see him getting much better. Would you sell or keep his autos? Thanks!

keep, he had a pretty good year and was injured most of the year and still had double digit touchdowns, again, yes, the browns are bad but there on the rise, many good pieces in place and we are young, once we get that franchise QB we will be good to go and richardson will be that much better

Coming from a browns fan, i can tell you that this team is on the rise. He will be an elite running back as early as next year.

To me when I saw trent richardson in college I thought man this is gonna be the next great running back in the NFL, I saw an Adrian Peterson clone. Even with that offensive line at bama being the man eating beast that it is he still Impressed with his vision and illusiveness down field, I would say hold hold hold this guy can be very very good

He nearly got a 1000 yds and missed a lot of time with his knee, then his ribs.
He will impress when healthy.

I personally think he is close to his ceiling if not already reached his ceiling. He is a good running back but is kind of injury prone and on a sub par team. (Sounds like AP) I don't think he compares to AP though. He is getting better values than 90% of all active running backs in this league. How long do u think that will last? That's just my opinion.

From purely an investment standpoint, why would you hold? In the near term, there are no likely investment catalysts and he's already very highly priced. As the new draft class comes in and gets all the attention, prices will fall, especially over the offseason.

The problem with Richardson is he only had 3 games all year where he had a run of over 15 yards. In fact, eight of the games, he did not even have a run of 10 yards or more. He got at least ten carries in 14 of the 15 games he played in. So that leaves him with seven games where he got at least one ten-yard carry.
Out of 260+ carries, he only twice all year was able to get a 20+ yard run. His backup, Hardesty, had six games where he had at least one ten-yard carry out of the ten games he got carries. Hardesty was doing this on way less carries. Point being, Richardson is a reliable back who gets tough yards, but he is not very explosive at all. With a better team, he might be able to get a few more creases and get more 15-18 yard carries where he bulls his way through a guy or two, but I don't think he will ever be breaking off a ton of 25 yard carries like every other elite back in the game. Ultimately, I would sell, just not yet. Wait until he somehow stumbles into a couple of good games.

If you truly believe that, why wouldn't you sell now and buy back at lower prices in the off-season? Also, is there any reasoning for your belief they will rise in the future or purely hope? That's not to say you could or could not end up being right; it's just that, from an investment standpoint, you're more likely to do better overall if you sold right now.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't sell now and buy back in a few months if you truly believe they will go down in the off-season, but I suppose you believe they will shoot straight up and never ever fall from current prices.

im pretty sure he ran under 4.5 in his 40 at the combine, i would say he has speed, he just had a sore knee and bad ribs, a 100% healthy richardson will get 1500 yards, he's also got power too, browns o-line is pretty solid but weeden was garbage, another big part of why trent wasn't as explosive, he was getting keyed because teams didn't care about weeden and i don't blame them, everytime i say his name i cringe, what a wasted pick
