Trade value question, need some advice

I've never made a thread on here asking on advice on a possible trade. The trade involves these cards:

My Colin Kaepernick Contenders auto (the card would grade out around a 9, the auto is fairly streaky, I doubt it would even get a 9 auto)

for

Troy Tulowitzki Topps Rookie Cup Orange Auto /299 BGS 9.5 with 10 Auto (pop 6)

Normally this would be a no brainer for me to pick up the Tulo, I guess my real question is how much higher can the prices go for a Contenders Kaepernick get? I know if they make it to the superbowl the prices will go higher but realistically, I can't see them going too much over 200. Am I off base here? What do you guys think?

I'd go for it, Kaepernick Contenders Autos are fairly common compared to some of the other players from 2011.

That's what I was thinking, it's not a great auto either. I'm only into the card for 5 bucks, I might as well trade it for something I could really use for my PC.

I didn't want to run the risk of him losing and having the card get sent back. Seems to be a common occurrence the past few weeks. Besides, I've been looking at the Tulo for a while. It seems to sell around the 150 mark, so does the Kaep.

True...if those prices are even then if do the trade maybe ask for a small amount of Paypal
