Are the blue refractors autos numbered to anything?

I looked on Ebay at the completled listings and saw none were! Then, I searched a product review and it mentioned nothing about blue refractor autographs.

- Red – All one of one!
- Gold – #’d to 25.
- Black – #’d to 50.
- Refractor – #’d to 199

That in reality confirms with the notion that "no" the blue refractor autographs were not serial numbered.
