If you are willing to mail in everything to Topps? then sure. Something so off-centered should be considered "factory damaged". Some people are not willing to put in the effort though to do this. Totally up to you.

I never thought of that (off-centered cards being "factory-damaged"). I always thought of dings...good point.

I had the same problem. I didn't pull anything worth while so I mailed the entire box back with my receipt asking for a replacement box. I just wrote a letter stating that I was unhappy with the quality of the cards in the box and would never put cards of this condition in my collection. They sent me a box back with a letter saying that they don't usually do this but would do it this one time. I don't know if you could get a replacement box since it is last year but why take the chance of not getting another Ryan.

I did better than the first box but nothing spectacular. By the way it was a regular Bowman box and not a chrome box.
