Will Flacco prices go up much if the Raven's win the Super Bowl?

Flacco cards have gone up a little bit, but not much compared with other QB's who have gone to the Super Bowl.

Seems like he still doesn't get much credit for the Raven's success.

Has anyone else who has some Flacco cards noticed the same thing?

I'm sure they'll go up some, he's thrown some nice passes this post season. IMO don't like him as a QB though.

It's funny how Flacco gets NO hobby love, I dont even think Raven fans are sold on him yet.

I'd say that they will only go up significantly, if he has a monster game (300+ yds 3+ Td's..maybe 1 +rushing Td, No INT's=MVP)... aside from that, they will go up just a little..

I think if he gets MVP you can expect a 30%-50% increase

I honestly think his prices were higher after the first few games of the season when everybody thought the no-huddle offense was going to produce high stats.

I'm actually quite surprised; within the past few days, his items have shown quite a bit of movement, both in terms of price and volume. His SPA's, at least from the offers I've been getting on Ebay, are up 40+%! This is in stark contrast to the past year where his items have seen almost no movement at all.

If the Ravens win the Super Bowl, I'd be quite surprised if his items don't see among the most drastic increases from where they are today.

His prices have gone way up over the last few days, I've gotten a dozen offers on his cards that were not even looked at 2 weeks ago. Just look at the ending prices on ebay - like stated above, 40% more in value or even more if graded

A few scenarios where Flacco and the Ravens win:

1. Defense bails him out, Ravens win. His cards don't really go up or down.
2. He throws some INT, but Bolden and Rice go crazy. His cards don't really go up or down.
3. He BEATS Kaepernick. Mega Yards. His prices jump big time.

I am sitting on a few of his cards, so I'm hoping he does well.

I was just talkin to someone about his prices. I just grabbed an Elite RC #/82 for $11. Seemed like a great deal IMO

Actually, quite a bit of his stuff doubled or more late in the game Sunday after the win was just about sewn up.

In comparison though, I'd like Flacco's potential value increase more than Kaep, as kaep's prices are absolutely ludicrous already...while I think Joe's still have quite a bit of headroom. He doesn't have the hobby love that Kaep has, but that could all change with a super bowl win, as he's been performing exactly how an 'elite' qb should during this playoff run.

And this is coming from someone who said he'd never move up the qb ranks and forever be a 'mediocre to good' qb.

Maybe....his stuff, depending on what it is, doesn't seem to move, while other stuff is moving along just nicely.

I bought one of those Fairfield boxes 2 years ago (I think) that had a few packs and one graded card and my pull was a Flacco rookie, BCCG 10 I think....I've been thinking about unloading that...but that thing has hardly budged in price and not worth my time listing....just saying.

I don't think even if he has the best game ever he will get MVP. I'm pretty sure they will give it to Ray Lewis because that is the only guy that gets any love on that team from the media for some reason

I strongly believe if he wins the superbowl and get MVP, his rc cards will go up about 20-30%. Alot of people i have talked to in some of the trading sites over the past two months thought he would never get the ravens to the super bowl. I told them otherwise and i was right, so i know he has it in him to get the job down. He is way more experienced then colin kaepernick and the ravens have been so close for so long plus Ray lewis has got that whole team pumped up. They got it in the bag!!!

Come august, people will be asking themselves - How much did I pay for this Flacco card? What was I thinking?

It really depends on his performance. If he has a Trent Dilfer like performance, then don't expect a big increase. If he has an MVP worthy performance, then I believe they will have a huge rise.

Well I dont know about all the Super Bowl increase talk but I have a real situation that I can provide as an example. I bought a Flac Auto Plate 1/1 on Dec 23rd for 29 delivered. I listed it tonight and in one hour have an offer of 150 delivered.

His stuff has definitely increased since Sunday... I have watched and bought Flacco for the last year. Beat Manning..Beat Brady... He is a class act. Prolly not fair to comment further because Im a Flacco homer with a solid PC. I say he is 7-11 Best Overall QB in the NFL. Top 1 or 2 in arm strength.

I agree that the low-mid end cards have jumped a lot, seems like the high end has not jumped as much yet.

Ravens win Flacco cards jump up. He lights it up they really jump.

Only QB in NFL history to have playoff wins in his each of his five seasons in the league.

Underrated by many and hope he shines in a win for the Ravens.
