I think what makes it tough is that his elbow hit his leg which caused the fumble. If it had been his elbow hitting the ground and then the ball coming out it would have been ruled in favor of the pats. The ball didn't look like it was coming out of his hand prior to him hitting the ground.

Anyone think the fine on Brady was to low considering Frank Gore was fined 10,500 for wearing his socks to low?
