Pulled this a little over 4 years ago on the day my dog was put to sleep. It was my 1st patch card ever. I still have it and will probably for a long time

I think they had a Passing the Torch dual auto sometime in the mid 2000's, but I could be wrong.

as far as actual cards...
These can be found on ebay for around 20$ but when I was collecting as a kid in the 80' these could not be found anywhere and only heard rumors.... even attended a few shows n florida while on vacation and still never found em..... so these were some of the first cards i looked for when I got back into collecting.

Been through MANY awesome cards in my day but this one is just one of a kind to me. You may see a couple Thorpes with the white patch from the "C" in Canton but this is by far the nicest I have seen with a sweet seperation in colors.

Since this is a football thread I'll post my favorite football card. I don't have many to choose from, but this one is my favorite players of all time so is pretty special to me.

That is a cool card. Why didn't they put a sticker on both sides? It appears to say Authentic Autograph on each side.

Bought this one to go in the PC then had it slabbed by Beckett and was fortunate enough to get it back at a 9.5...easily my coolest football piece in the collection.

Don't know but It would be cool to have two auto's on the card though. Yea I did notice that It said authentic auto on both sides.

I recognize that they're not terribly flashy or expensive, but I really love the pylon cards from when the Colts won the Super Bowl. I've grown quite attached to both. I'm still looking for the Manning and Wayne.
