Default Thoughts of future values of Michael Floyd

I know the QB situation is bad to say the least, but he turned it up late season. His prices are affordable right now, what is the thought on his values, say maybe next year? Is his stuff worth picking up right now?

Any player at rock bottom value wise is worth picking up. It only takes a few games of good stats to make a nice gain.

I dont knwo but I had the damn Cardinals in a group break of Crown Royale tonight and didnt get a damn thing until the last pack and hit a Purple die cut patch auto of him. I am doing the set so I guess thats ok. No WR will do good in AZ because they have a rotation with their QBs with a pass limit

The Cardinals have a pretty solid group of receivers. Andre Roberts has really emerged as a legitimate no. 2 behind Fitzgerald, so it's possible Floyd will never move past the third option in AZ. The qb play could not possibly be worse than this year, so he could still put up solid numbers, but I don't see him becoming great as long as Fitzgerald and Roberts are there.

Not really. He had the one good game at the end and that was about it.

That said, even with an improved QB his upside in hobby value is marginal in my opinion. Being from ND he has some of those coattails so he's not completely at rock bottom, but if he is still fighting for the third WR spot with Doucet by next season it's not a good sign.

No pass limit, just terrible QB play. And no consistant running game or O-line.

The local sports talk here is delusional to think that Bruce Arians can somehow turn Kevin Kolb into Andrew Luck. The old coach, Wisenhunt, wasn't big on rookies.

I don't think any WR has long term staying power not named Rice. Floyd is a good bargain now because you won't lose much money if he fails.

I see him as a good gamble IMO,without having a consistent qb,he wasn't able to really prove himself. There's also a guy that plays for the Cardinals that's pretty good,so I am pretty that has something to do with it aswell ..all in all iam actually buying some of his cards here and there so it wont really be a bad gamble to pick some stuff of him up,it could be worse though, like buying a box of cards for $80-150 and not getting a decent hit! Spend $40 on some Floyds and just sit on them and see what happens

Why do I have a feeling he's another player that ends up never doing anything but has jacked up BIN prices lol

I collect him and I find it pretty crazy how high his prices are considering how little hes done. That being said, I think he'll be the #2 in AZ next season.

I feel like the people who thinms he sucks didnt see him this season. He literally got 1-2 passes a game all season cause whiz doesnt like rookies. He finally played him the whole game in the last game and made some insane plays. Dude is a stud and will have a thousand yard season this year no doubt.

Nice man! They need a qb that can throw the ball to Mr Floyd and Mr Fitzgerald, these two guys are ridiculous when they have a chance to catch a ball. I can only see his cards going up. Show us pics of your 1 of 1s

Blackmon put up better numbers with less than (Gabbert) moderately serviceable (Henne) quarterbacks. I liked Floyd but if he needs a better QB to be remotely relevant he may not be the WR to go with. Jenkins out in SF may be worth a pickup on what should be almost a 2:1 prices.

Haters gonna hate but I am staying far away from floyd. Look at the prices of fitzgerald for "potential" value of cards wide outs. If fitz gets no love I don't see floyd doing much (and I have an auto of his myself) just my opinion

AJ Jenkins could be another guy, totally ignored this year, completely irrelevant right now and dirt cheap. Worth the gamble.

How does Fitz get no hobby love? He's cards sell for a lot. Even now, considering the lackluster season.

larry fitzgerald rookie auto| eBay

Who do you compare fitz to? I think calvin johnson is his peer and so is andre johnson. If you compare pricing from those two players larry doesn't sell for a lot

His contenders sell for just fine more then Johnsons. Without treasures and exquiste it is an apples and oranges arguemetn with Calvin. However he outsells AJ constantly

That being said I do not see any reason to pick up any flloyds unless you are a fan. He is pretty avg talent wise. I think Fitz's value will rise once he gets toward retirement. Now would still be good buy in for a few of them

edit of course most all young players values are gonna be 50% or less once they hit 30. There are less then 10 that will have potentially good enough numbers for the hall offensively.
