08 NT Limas Sweed ARP Replacement

Heard from Jim a while back that Panini said the card would not be produced. Asked for a replacement a few weeks back and got the shipping notification this morning.

06 Gridiron Gear Player Timeline Jersey Signatures #16 2/25 Joe Greene (North Texas State / Pittsburgh Steelers)

Not sure if this carries the same $$ value as the redemption I bought, but it will be my first Mean Joe so I'm pumped about that

I'll post a scan when it arrives.

How do you already have 09 NT? Please post results and scans of the other cards you got from the break.

Gotta love when you get a good replacement.

I think the Greene might hold a higher value as well. Long term I would think Greene will always, but time will tell.

There's no room for Sweed on the Steelers...Ward, Holmes, Wallace, Miller...too many weapons. Sweed is trash. I'd take that Mean Joe Greene any day of the week. Nice replacement!

Pat, Just recieved an e-mail on my 2nd Sweed replacement.

2008 NT Daryle Lamonica Raiders Sig. Patch 9/26.

In 1967, Lamonica was traded to the Oakland Raiders with Glenn Bass for Art Powell and Tom Flores. In his first year with the Raiders, he threw for 30 touchdowns and ran for four more. In 1969, he threw for 34 touchdowns and more than 3,300 yards. It was in Oakland that Lamonica's passing acumen earned him the nickname "The Mad Bomber."

Maybe they should get him to replace Russell
