Default Another dbag buyer to block on ebay

johnpoole1062

He bought a card. Waiting till the last day of the non paying bidder case to pay. I accidentally sent him the wrong card. Apologized, refunded his shipping and the return shipping for him to send back, and asked for time to make it right. That was yesterday. He's already left negative saying it took 3 weeks for delivery!! It took 2 for him to pay!!

I admit that I made a mistake. It happens but I have offered to make it right. I'm done dealing with him. Once he returns the cards I accidentally sent him ill just refund his money.

Save yourself the trouble and block this dbag.

how much are the cards you sent him worth compared to the one you were supposed to send? He may just keep them and the money you refunded

He'd be a fool to keep them. I accidentally sent 2 Stephen McGee autos. He was supposed to get a Von miller silver auto from exquisite.

I just mixed up the shipments. Already contacted the other buyer and he's sending the miller back no problems.

It's just frustrating. I'm trying to fix my mistake.

Is the Miller his RC auto /70? If so save yourself the eBay mess and sell it to me.

I just dealt with a similar issue, and got screwed on both sides.

I mailed 2 envelopes the same day - both were the same size, and I accidentally swapped shipping labels on them. This was in mid-december.

Early in January, one of the buyers said that he didn't get his item. When I asked if he received another small envelope with a signed hockey card in it, he said yes. I apologized for the mixup and asked that he send it back to me - I would refund his return shipping as well as reach out to the other buyer to ask that they send it back and I would simply resend both their correct items.

The second buyer (the one I contacted) immediately opened a case saying item not as described and that I was not responding to his messages (even though I was the one who reached out to him first). Ebay gave him his money ($4) and he said that he would not return the item.

When I contacted the first person, and offered a full refund upon return of the item I sent, they told me to get bent and opened a case on ebay - saying I was again not working to resolve the issue.

Needless to say - I ended up refunding both buyers, and they got to keep the items that they weren't supposed to get. The first even left me negative feedback saying that I told him to shove his refund - even though he told me to get bent.

eBay sucks.
