Default Watt?!?!?!?! Did someone say boom juice? DPOY fa sho

So I graded a few cards today (first time I have ever done so)....needless to say I am ecstatic about these three....especially the red refractorAlso picked up an Andrew Luck black refractor /299 for $45. The Hines Ward I busted a year ago in a $32 box of 1998 Chrome it is numbered 03/50. Thanks for the look

Any thoughts on the value of the pristine red refractor? The last one sold for $71 raw.

What does the raw grade mean exactly?
Do you leave it sealed up and send it to BGS and they automatically give it a 10?

I have seen a number of collectors in the past receive lower grades, so I don't believe it's automatic. They were told the same thing.

What I think the deal is, is that in order to gaurentee the grade you must send it in within so many days from the RCR review.
