Default 2012 Topps Magic - anybody seen a checklist yet?

Has anybody seen an up-to-date checklist anywhere?

I really wish they'd release it. Everyone is trying to sell cards as a short print when they may not be.

I've sent tweets to both @toppsfb and topps support - nothing yet.

I really don't think 221-275 are SPs though

I would be shocked if they release the auto checklist before the product streets. This is their sticker dump product and they want people to open it.

For what it's worth, 42 retail packs netted me exactly 14 cards in the 221-275 range which is spot on with the 1:3 pack ratio in solicitation. So I am going to say a big YES to those cards in fact being the short prints.

Thanks for the info as that should make it easy to distinguish the SP cards.

If the odds of getting a short print are 1:3 packs, then you should have pulled 10 to 11 short prints, right?

Odds is different than probability, right?

1:3 odds means 1 in every 4 packs (not 3) will contain a short print. So if he bought 42 retail packs, then he should get around 10 to 11 short prints (42 divided by 4 equals 10.5)

Do card companies list the "odds" on the back as probability? Or am I just really confused?

It's probability, but the term odds has been used for so long and by so many people that it's just the way it is now. So when you see 1:3 on a pack, it does in fact mean 1 short print in every 3 packs.

Now in 2010 there were short print autos /100, /50. and /15....I am wondering if Topps is doing this in 2012 as that was one of the best pulls. Anyone know the answer to this?
