I have even seen people put up an 80’s base card for $100,000 as a joke. Here is a mean trick to play on one of these sellers. Wait until the last day of the month and hit their BIN without the intention of paying. They then will have the final value fee reflected on their monthly invoice and will have to pay it. They will have to wait until next month to recoup the funds. Wont work on an auction because of the max fee amount but fees on a million dollar BIN are like $10K. HAHA. I think it’s funny anyway.

My post was more of a wake-up call to those who do this. I wouldn’t do it myself but I find it funny that there are SOOO many people on here that complain about prices being too high and then come down on me for a fictitious remedy to the clowns who post outrageous, unrealistic prices.

I got an idea, how about the OP post his/her ebay ID and we do that to his account. That would be funny.

I agree. I think the OP is a joking, and the point he makes is kind of scary. However like someone already said you can just require payment right away and there is no issue.

The 8 days for non payment would be up and the fee would be reversed before the invoice would be due. Invoices aren't usually due till the middle of the month.

Sorry. You'll have to find another way to teach that guy a lesson for listing his cards higher than you would like to see it listed at. Thanks for telling everyone you're a douche though.

Off topic but do invoice change? I thought once I received the invoice amount around the 2nd-5th that was the amount I would be charged. I just assumed any Unpaid items cases I opened in the first week of the month were credited during the month I filed them.

Why would he have something at 9,999,999 BIN if he disagrees with it like said in the op?

Isnt there a maximum FVF you would have to pay? Its not going to be some ridiculous amount of money.

That being said, this is dumb.

Guy backed out on an RGIII sale I had from SPA, and it put me in this position. People are awful.

Your brilliant idea would never work because when your monthly invoice closes the funds are not withdrawn for 2 weeks therefore the npb process can be completed. Nice try brainiac

yeah yeah, if he has an auction we could bid it up to a million dollars and if he ends it early he is stuck with the fees for the bid price!!!!

because 99% of sellers do it. I see numerous times when people complain about it then hit a big jumbo 1/1 pujols auto patch or ty cobb bat barrell card and ask 10-30k for it.

1. The FVF does have a cap on BIN/BO listings.

2. Most people with high end BIN/BO listings know to require immediate payment if BIN is used.

3. Ban OP.

It would be a credit to your account either way. If you had a $25 invoice due on the 15th but a $100 credit to your account on the 10th, you wouldn't still be forced to pay the $25 and wait till next month to receive the credit.

Pretty sure that is not true. $250 cap on auctions but none on BIN. Use the ebay calculator and you will see.
