Default PayPal Users Who Have Hotmail.com Accounts

What will you do come summer??? Microsoft says it will phase out Hotmail.com, so what will happen to all the PayPal users who have verified accounts with no limit restrictions and have worked hard over the years to get to this point? Start over?

Imagine the outrage if they really took away hotmail lol
You will still be able to use your hotmail.com accounts.

Is this true? I just heard it on the radio and didnt get all factual details perhaps. If you can keep the @hotmail.com part then I guess it is OK.

It seems to just be a login, a username, such as ours here.

Microsoft users say bye to Hotmail, hello to new Outlook.com - Indian Express

Quote:
Microsoft has announced that its new webmail service, Outlook.com, is now set to replace Hotmail.com. The software giant said that Outlook.com is coming out of beta testing and is now ready for primetime. The service, which was announced last July, now has 60 million users and will now replace Microsoft's older webmail system. Microsoft''s Hotmail, which was originally MSN Hotmail, has been online since 1997. Hotmail users will still keep their Hotmail.com email addresses and their contacts and emails will all be moved over, they will just now get a new user interface and all the new features of Outlook.com, ABC News reports. According to the report, Outlook.com was designed with a similar aesthetic to Microsoft''s Windows 8 operating system.

Google is a wonderful thing that most seemingly don't know how to use.

Who still uses hotmail? Do they use it to log into their Xanga page while chatting with their friends on ICQ?

You can easily add a new email address to your paypal, and it does nothing to your established verified status.

Heck, you can leave your old hotmail address on there as a secondary one just as a failsafe in case somebody out there has your address saved and sends it there. The email doesn't have to still be active to work, just active when it's signed up for.
