dunno if its explained in the link provided...but seems like it was a dietary supplement of some sortandhe knew the suspension was coming eventually, just not when..

The link doesn't say. It just comes down to personal responsibility. When you enter the league, find out EXACTLY what you can take and what you cannot, and stay away from the latter, simple as that.
