Only the Chiefs would take a CB #1 overall when it's never happened before...
It still has a 1% chance of happening. Milliner isn't that good (he was pedestrian in drills at the combine other then the 40) that he'd go #1. I'd take him Top 6 - but wouldn't even consider him at #1 But then again it is the Chiefs and Andy Reid. God only knows what he'll do.

I think it would make sense for the Chiefs to trade down now. even if they only gain a 4th round pick by doing so, it will help their team.

Not as bad as larry re-upping with the Cards, but official waste of a good player, anyway.

I want Fisher or Warmack.
Warmack will already be one of the top Guards as soon as he comes into the League and Fisher is a stud.

Anyone know the details of the deal yet? I would be surprised if they keep the #1 pick..

One of the first smart front office moves this team has made in the past 8 years (since they drafted Jamaal). Now I'll be interested to see what they do with the #1 pick.

I see no problem with CB at the first pick. This is not the best draft, only thing, we have decent CBs. We (like most NFL teams) need more help on that line. Something hopefully we can trade the pick down for (Chiefs have noted the pick is for trade). |

we NEED a CB. We also will need a DL while saying bye bye to Dorsey and possibly Tyson Jackson. I see them taking DL now first overall or trading back. Still would like them to draft a QB and O-Line at some point as well. and WR.

I still think they take Joeckel honestly. Albert is only tagged so it's essentially a one year deal.
They could make Joeckel the RT next year then slide him over, just like Dallas did with Smith last year.

I guess I am just a big fan of Flowers. Not saying he can cover the whole field, but I still see other positions more in need, even with cutting Route. Cassell is likely to have running for life in Kansas City nightmares the rest of his life. But yes, our D-Line is just as bad. "Honestly the smartest thing they can do given the lack of talent in skill positions at the top of the draft. Move down, get a replacement second rounder this year or land an extra 1st or 2nd next year, then draft your guy further down." Which I am sure that is why we have had that pick on the trading block. I have yet to hear one team sound interested in it. So yes, but the reality is we are likely stuck with it. |

no way there will be a CB taken #1. the way bama scheme's are on defense they arent accustomed to be playing off a receiver. They mainly only play press. Thats my pal Dre Kirk was so behind in camp last year before he got hurt. But on another note i played COD with Brandon Flowers one day he's a cool dude
