well it doesn't have some of telltales of the fake exquisite patches that've been so widely discussed. for example, the black outline threading is thick and bold like it should be, and the jersey piece behind it is the mesh type with the holes in the fabric like it should be.

that being said, the yellow threading in the horn would give me pause. there's no reason that should be there unless it were a knock off.

not saying its fake...but if it were me, I wouldn't buy it.

With AP SPA's my motto is they are fake if they can't be proven real.

I'd always just go with a 1 color if I'm getting an AP SPA.

I love the design of those SPA's. I have no expertise, but I would pass on it, unless they're somehow not asking for an ultra-high premium because of the patch alone. Beautiful on-card auto, great design. Good luck.

Fake AP SPA alert

I pulled one and sold one. Original was a 3 color, the "upgraded" version is a Vikings logo. Sad...

I wouldnt touch anything above a 2 color in Peterson SPA unless you saw it pulled yourself.

I am one of the biggest AP collectors out there, and I only have a two color because there are so many fakes.

The patch is real on that card , I am not sure who owns it now but I know the person that pulled that card and he busted over 15 cases and that was one of them ... I wish he would have taken pictures or ran a video its really sad because there were a few nice 3 colors I know for sure but now I would guess 75% of them are ruined now

I need that person to vouch for me I guess. It's a great looking card. If it could be proven real that would be awesome but I don't think it can be proven real or fake without a before and after or something. Don't card companies have description lists of their cards?
