I think you have it upside down... the haters showed up when fans like you peeked their ugly heads I don't think it is a jealousy problem, it's an "obnoxious irrational superiority complex syndrome" problem.

Haha, this is brilliant. Too bad we can't help ourselves from getting ahead of OP.

And yeah, the Patriots are hands down the Topps Chrome of the NFL. Reliable, always a good investment, no frills, solid, always near the top.........it's almost sickening. I would actually nominate the Cowboys as the "Bowman" of the NFL. Lots of history, but it all feels hollow and always failing to live up to expectations. If the Seahawks are Prism, then someone like the Panthers needs to be Strata.

I already have some great ideas for a couple teams, but I'm gonna run out of ideas :P
For organization's sake, I'm going to go by division. Expect either the Rams, 49ers, or Cardinals tomorrow.

Rams = Leaf Metal - underrated, but poised to make a big splash.
49ers = Upper Deck - they have history, but not old history. Getting a huge boost recently from the college ranks.
Cardinals = Tri-City Sports. An imposter. Doesn't belong. Home

Bingo... The Seahawks had one good year and suddenly their fans think they are the best thing ever. Annoying as hell.

Creative. Haven't seen this post at least 5 times on this board. Come to think of it, I may have seen this post more than Seahawks fans posting actually being obnoxious.

EDIT: Sorry.. OT. Nice post OP, it's actually pretty spot on!

Since Im a Bears fan, Ill do the NFC North.

Green Bay Packers- SP Authentic: Classic Product that is very solid all around. Take out the Rookie patch auto (Rodgers) and you would still have an ok product, but would go downhill.

Detroit Lions- Topps Supreme: Has small potential to get something great, but most of the time your stuck with a single color Jersey card and some base.

Minnesota Vikings- Strata: Take out the Clear Cut autos (Peterson) and you have absolutely nothing.

Chicago Bears- Absolute: Has a lot of awesome qualities to it year after year, but still sometimes end up with a big pile of poop.

Packers are chrome, NE is contenders...

Packers have been solid longer and are more low key, and don't change what works (ie been around and the price point is right with little change). They are always prized and often tried to be duplicated with varing success. Everyone tries to say they hate them but can't actually do it because they do everything right and with class for the most part.

The pats... have only been relevent for a little over 15 years with a few mainstays (Bledsoe and Brady = championship tickets, coveted in their time) but are constantly changing sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse but always a solid bet. Brady turns scrubs into house hold names like contenders turns scrubs into high value SSPs, they both have good years and bad years but are always still desireable. People often hate them but still buy it because its a safe bet to be a good product but sometimes can be very disappointing.

I have more parallels I can draw but I will wait to do it when not on a phone...
