Flip a coin to be honest, Martin I think his value is a little blown up. If you look at last year, he dominated against the Raiders with 251 yards and 4 TDS' the other 15 games he averaged 80 yds and a TD every other game. Those aren't top 5 numbers. Lynch has back issues but has been great the last couple years. Also the Bucs signed Hillis today so he might steal some TD's from Martin whereas no one is stealing TD's from Lynch

Martin is going to be the best RB in the league this year. Mark it down.

With the #5 pick, assuming Peterson and Foster are going off the boards first, and you said Ray Rice and Calvin Johnson are spoken for... I'd consider:

Doug Martin
Alfred Morris
and I'd put Marshawn Lynch and Trent Richardson as my next tier

Bu, I'd consider grabbing an elite QB with either Rodgers or Brees, depending on how many teams in your league, the point scoring system, and if you've been in the league long enough to know when certain players start flying off the boards.

The last 2 years both QB's and TE's have been drafted earlier than expected and if you're drafting serpentine style at #5, in a 12 team league, then you're not seeing another pick 'til #20 and then #29, which according to The Sporting News draft sheet you have the following options:

Assuming you take Doug Martin (RB) and want a strong WR and QB

Around #20 the following should be available: WR's: Julio Jones, Demaryius Thomas, Dez Bryant, Vincent Jackson, Andre Johnson / Peyton Manning, Cam Newton

Around #29 QB's: Matt Ryan, Stafford, Kaepernick, Luck, RG3, and Wilson / WR's Harvin, Cruz, Roddy White, Fitzgerald, Cobb / or if you wanted another RB: Ridley, Steven Jackson, MdFadden, or Gore.

I'd go with Doug Martin at #5 'tho, I like his opportunities to be the major stat guy on the team.

Dougie all the way, Marshawn has a lot more RB's taking carries away from him

Worst idea ever. Last year proved there are quite a few valuable QBs to take later. Hell you could Grab Matt Ryan in 6th or 7th rd. Passing on a RB early especially with the amount that will be there for him is suicide. Wait on a QB, the value there is much greater than last year.
