I believe I have been cursed.

I just got back in the hobby from a 19 year layoff this year. The first couple of boxes I opened were great then once I get hooked my luck starts to run out. These are just one box purchases. I am starting from the earliest box I opened.
09 Donruss Threads paid $85. Pulled a Stafford Letterman Auto.
09 finest paid $95. Pulled a Hakeem Nicks Xfractor 1/1 auto patch.
09 Bowman Chrome $55. Pulled a Heyward-Bey Orange Ref auto /25 i think.
08 Bowman draft jumbo $35. Pulled a dual Ryan/Mcfadden auto
09 UD SPX $142. Pulled a Harvin Patch Auto.
09 Gridiron Gear. Pulled a Harvin 3 color patch and ball.
09 UD SP authentic (3 boxes) Pulled the Sancez /99 on patch auto.
These are the highlights, but it seems they were still better earlier in the year.
It seems after the Sanchez I have been cursed.

The best card i pulled since has been a Colt McCoy Auto from Sage.
I have been buying some older products from 2006 to 2008. Was 2009 that much of a better year?

but this is one dang nice pull!
I have yet to pull super refractor or even owe one!
and yeah i guess you are cursed!

I have YET to have a bad box of LCM
I dont buy boxes like I use to but over the last few years
and I havent busted a box in OVER a year!

But I have pulled there
04 LCM Blue Roethlisberger-in the same box
04 LCM Gold Team #/25 brady patch
04 LCM Red Roethlisberger
05 LCM FOTG Farve #/21
In fact I think I have have pulled at least 1 card #ed to 50 or lower in every box of LCM
and yes The last few boxes all came from blowout

No offense, but you haven't been cursed - you've simply tumbled back to reality..... The boxes you listed had you RED HOT at busting wax, and sooner or later the law of averages kicks in, and the Tyson Jackson's and Jason Smith's start taking place of the Harvin's, Sanchez's, and Stafford's. All who bust wax have been there, that's why they call it gambling!

This whole thread angers me. I'm sorry you feel you have been cursed. Keep in mind you did pull all of that. Keep in mind some people have pulled none of that sort all year. Hopefully your luck changes, but really hopefully some of us hit what was your luck streak.

Seriously I'm not trying to be rude. I do hope the best for you. But you can't hit a 1 of 1 every box. Appreciate what you hit so far. I have busted a ton of 09 and as yet have not one Sanchez, Stafford, nor Harvin auto.

Again hope the fest for you and Welcome back.

I guess I really never realized how hot of a streak I was on.
I am not complaining, I am simply showing how a hot streak can lead to false confidence.
It is still better than playing the slots.

Yeah. Luck like that must be terrible. I have busted probably close to 5K worth of boxes and have not hit a 1/1 yet. I have not gotten any Sanchez, Harvin, or anybody else really worth mentioning. So, I am glad you stopped having such terrible luck, now the rest of us might be able to hit some of those cards.

2009 was an especially bad year. Bad draft class, a lot of fillers in products, poor products to being with.
