Not saying that his cards were ever cheap, but his Contenders used to get close go over $500 easy and now you can pick it up for $200. If they become stars then yes and even a few good games can make those sky rocket in price, but you plan on holding them to see if they are going to be HOFers be ready to lose out on a lot of money

IMO its a better gamble bc all 4 cards can go way up or they can go down. The unitas isnt going to go up that much

Unitas is a nice card, but I would have traded the U and paid cash on the spot for the other cards. As far as value the Unitas will not IMO keep pace with the others. I think the Brees black card would have sold for more than the cut by itself if it was sold at the right time being #/10. If you are a colts fan, keep it, but if not I would say trade. Money wise it is the smart move if you are looking to resale IMO.

Let's look at value since everyone is talking in terms of sales:

Unitus Cut $300-$400


Brees 7/10 Nothing to gage, but with condition maybe $100
Crabtree $35-$40
Stafford $42-$60
Harvin $60

If you still have a question, sell the cut to me for $260 and pick your own cards out
