The ceiling for him was unreal. I was hoping the Panthers would somehow find a way to draft him in the future once he was eligible. I never thought his career would spiral out of control like this though. I guess my voodoo draft stock plummeting rain dance ritual really does work!

He still could go the Josh Gordon route. All it takes is one team to give him a go.

On the surface it looks like a team standing up and getting rid of a bad apple instead of protecting him. In reality it has nothing to do with Missouri taking the moral high road, and everything to do with them saving face. By cutting DGB, they can dodge reports that they were doing what they could behind the scenes to encourage the victim to not press charges. Once that news started to leak, DGB got his pink slip.

Probably will do what janoris Jenkins did and play somewhere small before entering the draft next year. Pretty sure he's not eligible for the supplemental draft this year since he's a true SO

I wonder if it's even possible for him to repair his draft stock and image? I think maybe too much damage has already been done. Reminds me of the Isaiah Crowell situation, all the talent in the world with infinite upside, then having to go to a small school after leaving the SEC and becoming completely irrelevant draft wise.

Josh Gordon was out of football for a whole year before entering the supplemental draft after getting booted out of Baylor. I would think if teams think he has enough talent, it would be a worth while shot.

His stock is going to be the very very late rounds or supplemental draft though.

Yeah, but Gordon's was just failing drug tests. DGB checkered resume is much more severe. His upside is through the roof, so anything is possible though.
