They are going to be deadly. Hope Indys O-line can hold up otherwise they might have to start counting sacks in 4ths or 5ths instead of just halves! LOL!

Too bad they have 0 qb play. The only position that really matters in 2014.

Hey, hold on, who will be the winning QB? Fitz? Savage? Keenum? Savage is the only one I think even remotely capable but I still don't see it within 3 years time.

I wonder how many Super Bowls have featured the top 2 defenses if any? Can you imagine how boring Seattle vs. Houston would be in the SB if they were the #1 and #2 defense?

I would not find it boring at all.

Don't get me wrong I LOVED this last SB, but that was partially because I hate the Broncos. Imagine a 7-3 SB score and the defense or special teams was responsible for the 7...defense is great, but I like a few more fireworks than that. Personal preference.

One caveat, if both defenses are hitting like Seattle hit Denver it might be fun after all!

I compare Fitz and Keenum to Difer and he won with outstanding D in Baltimore. Why couldnt it happen there. Healthy Arian, Andre returns and Hopkins is a year better. Just have to outscore other teams, and they should not give up many points

Whitney mercilus and brooks reed are far from impressive...and yes I'm a texans fan. Cushing has to play a whole season and it's not like mlb just wreck shop on the qb, I am skeptical regarding clowney...jj watt is the only one you can count on in that group....I hope I'm wrong but who cares about how many sacks they will "made" when you can't score more than 17 points.

I know you're not comparing the texans defense to one of if not the greatest defense ever....

Key is health of Cushing. Whiley impressed and if Clowney is 3/4 of what his potential shows, they wil be top 2 this year

Okay....please tell me who their nickel and dime corners are going to be, who they're starting safeties are and how easily will brooks reed transition to mlb? What depth do they have at mlb as well? This team lacks depth on defense and who is replacing Antonio smith...Jared crick? Stop drinking the koolaid my man.

In order, Bouye and Harris will battle for 3rd and 4th position. Mack is a rotational guy and good reports out of camp on Williams.

Swearinger will start opposite Keo I am guessing. Not sold on Keo, but will fill the spot unless we get a preseason cut pickup.

Reed will be fine. He plays with enough speed to cover the area Cushing is out of, and Tuggle will probably be the only rotation of value.

Crick will play Smiths position fine. He will play opposite of Watt, and Poe taking up the middle will allow Crick and Jamison to rotate. They are mainly taking on a block so Clowney came come free to the outside opposite of JJ's double team.

Not to mention the pick up of Clemons and Lewis. I doubt we will keep both, but may for a rotation or in case of injury

I'm not sold on "swags" or keo. Reed wasn't fine as an olb so I don't buy he will be anything but mediocre to sub par considering he's never played the position ever. Crick is in no way comparable to Antonio smith...smith was the only player to get any type of pressure or play making in the backfield other than watt...also, I like Cush, but he hasn't stayed healthy. Clowney, is a paper champion but I don't buy his makeup so we will see. People are just penciling in clowney to be some sort of all world player his rc year...he didn't exactly have a stellar year last year and will be coming off of surgery. They do not have the personel to be top two. At Louis, cincinatti, Seattle, San Francisco, and Carolina will be better than them just to start with.

Yeah the NFL would never want this. They would likely try to have Packers and Broncos because it would be at least decent scoring

Houston is going to be WAY better this year in my opinion. But that Qb situation scares me. Worse Quarterbacks have found ways to win Super Bowls though so it's not impossible, I just don't see it yet

Can the horse even see the cart??? That cart's a mile or 2 ahead of the horse. Potential? Absolutely! However, potential doesn't always translate to the field.

There's potential there, but that's all it is now. If Foster comes back weak, and the QB play is not there, it's going to be tough. Although, they do play in the weakest AFC division.
