How can I be protected when shipping to Canada or other International addresses?

This question usually comes up for sellers who have sold something to an international buyer and the buyer has paid through Paypal.

1) Be sure when you are viewing the Paypal payment, that the address is confirmed OR that it says you are Eligible for seller protection.

2) You must ship with a method that has online tracking abilities. Signature is required when paypal payments are over $250
