What are the rules for iTrader? I can't seem to locate them. My question is, is it appropriate or allowed to leave feedback for someone who has backed out of a deal by ignoring, then pretending to have never agreed on, and back to ignoring when proof of agreement was was given to them?

Not really any rules. But if they back out typically most are leaving neutrals or negatives assuming you've got enough to back up the feedback if its contested.

Is there a trade manager or something when you agree on a trade? or do you just pm them your address

As far as I know you just PM the person your address.

Yeah what is temporarily suspended? Do not have a good feeling about a trade. I sent the card first as well.
