Not going to waste my time and money on some sucky finest redemption cards, if topps lost them in the mail o well, just makes me less likely to open products with redemptions in them. As bad as people think the post office is, what is the chance of losing stuff in the mail, most likely on the other side.

PO probably didn't lose them. Some dumbass at Topps probably misplaced the stuff upon arrival. Or a incompatent CSR opened your letter didn't know who to escalate it to and canned it.

Thank you, and what would confirmation do? Well anyway last night I sent them a scan through the email of the UPC codes for the Sterling products, if they do not make things right im not buying from Topps and that adds my ban with UD so that will be the end of buying boxes.

JBS good luck on comp for the sterling mess. Hopefully Topps will make good. I have only gotten one replacement for being short and it was a garbage auto. Obviously Sterling is their highest end product and should hook you up with something. Hope you stressed to them how much of the product you have purchased since it was released.

you don't actually send the redemption to Topps........ an independent place fills the redemptions. if i remember, you send it to somewhere in NJ... right? so Topps really doesn't know what has or hasn't been received/fullfilled.... they only know what they are told.

Yeah I forgot about that. A 2007 TTT FB printing plate redemption was sent to address here in NJ and then card came from Tristar Fulfillment.

That is true. So maybee hopefully I will get my redemptions, but the first time I sent a redemption I got it in like 3 weeks, its been 8 weeks now. But all of those cards were probably goen, so they are given me replacements? So hopefully I am still getting them, but Topps does know the redemptions, cause when I called them they told me they got 3 letters from me, so they keep track of everthing you send in to them.

Well guess what I got in the mail today, my redemptions for the finest stuff. It is only a few but that is a good sign, hopefully they will take care of the sterling stuff also.
And yea ND3 I mentioned how many cases of sterling I bought last year and mentioned their actions will make me make my mind of the 2008 sterling product.




UPDATE.....
Just got a call from Diana telling me 5 boxes of Topps Sterling was shipped yesterday. I will beleive it when I get it and if I do it will be a fun weekend and I will post what I get.
