Default How do I get replacements for damaged or missing cards?

Please contact the card manufacturer for details.

Generally, the process goes something like this:
- Save the box and packs as they may ask you to send them in
- Save the receipt or invoice for the product
- Contact the manufacturer over the phone or email or skip this and go to next step
- Send the damaged cards or correspondence to the correct address (using tracking or delivery confirmation for proof, just in case)

You might as well add their phone support # of 1-800-489-9149. They are now telling me to call them after 2 months I sent in the mail my letter about the auto missing from Topps Sterling, now I gotta get on the phone with these idiots. UD sux, now Topps is starting to stink, looks like I won't be buying any of the 2 next year.

go_steelers07, thanks for the info...I'm trying to compile all the damage/replacement info here so that you guys don't have to retype it everytime someone asks the same question. then if someone asks, we can just direct them here. I will update the original post as more info is posted.

Also, if you've sent cards in for replacement recently, please post the procedure in detail here and i will update the original post. ie, "i called their customer service number first and they gave me an address", or "I just sent cards in to this address", or "I emailed them first", etc...

I realize we get a lot of the same questions over and over, so I'm trying to centralize some of this info here in the FAQ's area to reduce unnecessary clutter.

use their site:
Donruss Trading Cards. If you do not have an account with them, make one. Then it is easy from there! They even streamlined pre-2008 redemptions with this system.

Well an update for Topps, good work, they told me they never got my letters in the mail, so all of my redemptions I mailed in are now missing and now she told me to scan and fax in my letter concerning the Topps Sterling missing auto. Lets see if they do anything about it now.

Did you use delivery confirmation or a trackable package? How about a scan/copy of the redemptions before mailing? These would help our cause!
