These are very cool, but what I would like to know is how did the printer know that these would go to the Library of Congress as stated on the bottom of the card. "At the very bottom reads that they were entered into the Library of Congress in 1882." Were these made in 1882 for the Library or were they printed at a latter date as repros and stated that they were put in in 1882. Not sure about them but they do look really cool.

I wonder if they actually made those faces and played baseball in those poses. If they did than it would be a comical game to watch. Haha
