I mean, yeah, this is cool and interesting stuff, but annoying as heck when there are more non-sport memorabilia and autos in one case than there are baseball items.

I agree. This is friggin' ridiculous. Nobody cares about a bunch of no-name relics and autos, even if they ARE esoteric and unusual. How does this add value to A&G? It is much cheaper to put torch wick relics and employee autos in a product than it is to produce something of value to the collectors. A&G is just the same product every year anyway. I lost interest after about year three.

This might be my first and only year of A&G.

I was going to go a get a box of A&G but decided not to risk the chance of getting a "Jack and The Bean Stock Relic".....I buy baseball products to the Relics that a actually worth something "$ Value or Sentimental Value"....The stuff is funny to see but I would be pissed to blow $100.00 on a Regis Philbin tie relic....lol!

This product i popular because of a lot of the non-sport stuff and all the different inserts that people like to build for the sets. It's not really known for it's baseball g/u and autos.

Which upsets me even more about this product. I bought a box in 2008 and still have a ton of mini's & Base of non-sport cards that I probably will never be able to sell. I like completing a set in 2-3 hobby boxes, and you need a case of A&G to complete 1 base set. So it kills the fun for me. I'd rather see a Joe Mauer card than a Gymnast champion Dress Relic.

Collecting is not what it use to be It's all about money now, even the price of retail packs are alittle high.

One would think that the inclusion of the non-sport inserts would make people who bust boxes/cases happy as many of the generic jersey and autos from baseball players are selling for next to nothing. Give me a Regis tie or a Hawk skateboard anyday.
