One dreary Sunday afternoon...

While doing shopping at our local Walmart, I looked in the Beckett Baseball Plus and saw there was a card show at nearby mall. Felt the itch, so decided to go and see what they had to offer. After perusing the stands, I decided to make a few purchases. One of the purchases I made was a 2007 Topps HTA Jumbo Box. When I got home, my wife and I opened the box and fell into this gem - 2007 Rookie Premieres Quad Auto Calvin Johnson, Ted Ginn Jr. Marshawn Lynch and Adrian Peterson Red ink. A little research revealed that it was one of only 5. So far, this is the best pull ever!

I just noticed this thread. That's an awesome card!! I'd have a hard time parting with it just because it's so sick even though it should catch some good money. Did you end up moving it or did you decide to keep it?

oh man, i was about to freak out at that price, but back in sept. yes, there was one that sold late dec. for.... $1600, not to make you feel bad...but at the time that was good, who knew AP would go off like he did and lynch is sweet too

that's the thing, a card like that unless you have a bunch of $ invested you can wait, it is so rare, and it just takes 1 good game from anyone on the card, it's not like holding out for 1 prospect to come through but you have 4 chances, BUT who can argue 1 box and get $750 back, very nice
