Long Shot Group Break Idea The Cup

Anyone interested in doing a 3 case break.

Case 1 05-06 Cup
Case 2 06-07 Cup
Case 3 07-08 Cup

One slot would get one from each case. Would be random so the guy who gets base cards from 05-06 would not get them from 06-07 or 07-08, but other than that, it slots would be static.

Kind of have pricing sorted out, it will be pricey: $320 a slot. That is because 05-06 skyrocketed. If there is interest LMK, price will not be locked in unless I get enough commitments to it.

I'm not so familiar with The Cup, but would definitely be interested. How many slots need to fill?

KMD, this is a great idea!

Depending how well I do on my cup tin tomorrow I might be down. I know its expensive, but 05-06 isn't going to get any cheaper, same with 06-07, so now is the time to do it.

How would you go about if there is a shorted hit in one of the cases?

05-06 might cool $100-200 in August. Not sure, I was really talking out of my arse. Not sure we can get 24.

I would be interested but....I would need to sell alot of junk to come up with that much extra quan after the 07/08 The Cup Case break part Deux

The only problem I see is that it would be pretty rough for the base slot holders if they don't get each of the cases base cards. That only makes sense!!! $320 for 10-12 base cards.....

I think he meant the base slot holder would get say the base cards from the 05/06 cup case and then 1 hit from the 06/07 + 1 hit from 07/08. The way it sounds is you can get one base slot max per $320 slot payment.

Is this incorrect?

he was clear in his first post that no one would get more than one base slot for any of the three years.

i would do one slot, but i think the 05-06 is overpriced right now.

Starting to agree with Tim. I'm going to monitor the prices because I expect them to drop a bit, will revisit if this product cools off.
