With the team break, the only thing I failed to mention was that the Winter Classic cards will not be counted as Pitt or Buffalo. They will be given out equally (or as best as possible) to everyone in the break.

Sounds good. I would just take the winter classics cards and work your way down the randomly generated team list as they are pulled. Seems fair that way.

Looks like there will be 24 total (2 in each box). So I will probably just randomize the list again at the end to get the first 24 names.
